In 2017 Chadd Furley joined forces with Chris Meister to form Unique Custom Home Plans.  Our Mission is to offer Professional Residential Design at an affordable price.  By bringing together our construction backgrounds, eye for detail, and design, and combined knowledge we can offer you the very best service for Custom Home Design as well as price per plan.

Chadd is active in the building industry and has been designing homes for over 25 years. Chadd believes in creating quality, and high performance homes that are good for the environment and the future. Chadd works directly with customers to ensure their ultimate satisfaction; he works hard to maintain a relationship throughout the entire design process. Chad has the ability and the expertise in producing the newest trends in home designs from Pinterest and Houzz.

Chris has been designing homes for over 31 years. Chris’s expertise is in custom home design, remodels, construction techniques, scheduling and estimating. Chris has a vision for design and can create the right plan for each customer. Chris strives in helping families create their dream home in a fun and rewarding environment. He develops plans that are unique, custom and builder friendly.
